(1) Tearing and balling up (tactile play)

(2) Can be developed into all sorts of imaginative play and other activities.  
Expected effects and results Can be introduced as part of play activities (1) to (4), although a second teacher's aid will be needed.
How to use Connect two full sheets of newspaper (one sheet = two pages) side by side and hang them from the ceiling reaching down towards the floor to create a large curtain.
Related teaching materials and information Old newspaper is widely used as part of molding activity play for young schoolchildren.  Introducing this teaching material when it is hung from the ceiling will attract children's interest.
