Specific purposes	Help children who are everyday wheelchair users to develop a sense of height and length. Improve their motivation to check the height or length of one meter at various sites.
Considerations for disability characteristics	A weight attached to the string enables the string to hang vertically downwards regardless of how a child holds the string. A teacher should assist the child until he/she can become aware that the string is stretched.
Expected effects and results	Children will be able to: ・Increase their interest in length and height ・Act voluntarily.
How to use	・ Hold the ring and bring the flat base of the clip into contact with the ground. ・ Pull the string until it is stretched. ・ The distance between the ground and the point where the string is connected to the ring is one meter. ・ Check the height of one meter from the ground.
